my car is a renualt megane the problem is that when i start my car and drive my window wippers at front comes on when they are switched off what could be the problem

I see a faulty window wiper motor. I suspect a bad switch and replacing your wiper control module maybe the solution. I had a similar problem with my Riviera and of all my http://www.partstrain.com/ShopByVehicle/BUICK (Buick parts) the least likely that I would suspect to be erratic would be my wipers. I had my wiper switch assembly/turn signal replaced and that fixed it.
