I have a Voyager and I need to get a set og wheels (hubs and tires). The
tire size is 215 65 16 and the hubs are 7x16 I think.

I am looking at second hand and scrap yards for the hubs. Is there any way
to tell from hub markings if the offset, bolt sizes and distribution will
fit the Voyager?

Look in the boneyards for another Voyager... Also, the crew at the
boneyard will (should) have a cross reference of rims that will fit your
vehicle, and tell you who has them, if they don't. It's a salvage yard
parts ring kinda thing.

The front hubs on the Plymouth minivans are press-fitted to the
steering knuckles via the wheel bearings, IIRC, FWIW. And the
knuckles use a tight taper-fit to the upper/lower balljoints and
steering rod end.
