Well I got the transmission fixed. $1,800 later. New question concerning
the Expedition. It has a selector switch for the 4 wheel drive. If I turn
the selector from all wheel drive to 4 hi the indicator light does not
come on(not for 4 lo as well) Does this mean that 4 wheel drive isn't
working? I suppose I could jack it up and see if all four wheels turn(or
at least one of the front ones)
Thanks again
Chip

Question It sounds like the Transmission shop may have forgotten to reconnect the electrical connection to the transfer case. This is located on the left (drivers side) near the top of the transfer case.
