I have a 1999 Malibu and replaced the left front wheel bearing yesterday
the ABS light was on and was very loud. The ABS light went off and the
noise got better but is still loud I replaced the right side two years
ago. When I turn left the noise gets worse any ideas??

If it is a growling noise it might be one of the rear wheel bearings. Jack
up the car and see if the wheels turn smoothly and without looseness. Left
turns put more load on the right side so that would be the most likely side,
but it could be either. It is also possible that the right front has failed
again for some reason.
