1999 dodge caravan-sometimes I start the van and my speedometer does not
work. I restart it and it works...
do I need a new cable or is it not tight or something?

Bad connection somewhere! Check the connections on the speed sensor on the
trans. or differential. (or fuse box if all the gages are intermitant)

Back firing thru intake - I have a 1996 Ram 1500,with a 318, auto with 250K miles on it. It recently started to back fire when I accelerate other than that it runs fine. I rebuilt the top end at 240K and one of the O2 senors is bad. Anyone have any thoughts on what it might be...
