Speed sensor - I have a 1999 F-250 with a 7.3l turbo. I need to know where the speed sensor is located on this truck. I know it is on the transmission, but exactly where?
292 to 289 swap (63 F-100, 3-speed manual trans) - Does anyone have experience or info on this swap? Its a 66 289 and the original 63 292 ... thanks!
ford, 1992-2004 speed control recall.. - ....an apparent fire risk to be fixed by the installation of a fusible link...I got my letter yesterday. Used vehicle buyers may wish to investigate. Recall #05s28....the dealer can tell you by your VIN if repair is needed. john
New 5 speed tourque-shift automatic transmission problems - Has anyone had any trouble with the new ford trans? I have a 2005 f350 4x4 superduty, and the trans is shuttering like crazy, and wont go into reverse. The bad part, the truck has 1,345 miles on it. Dealer says they havent seen many problems with.. |
