Fiat won't rev above 2250

Fiat Cinquecento sporting R reg not used for 9 mouth when cold will rev to
4500 but when the temp gauge goes up it will not go above 2250 revs
it seems to be misfire as well.I Have remove the rear exhaust box and
renew the cat/spark plugs/fuel and air filter but still the same.
can anyone help

Try lamba sensor or airflow meter. I don't have a cinq, so I'm guessing, but
these are the cause of similar problems on many cars.
