I've got the wheel off, and I've removed the six bolts holding the
plate with the lug bolts to the brake disc. I cannot remove the plate
from the assembly though. It is loosened a little and can spin it
independently of the brake disc.

There is not enough clearance behind the plate and the disc to remove
and replace the lug bolt.

Thank you,
David

I'm trying to figure out what you're asking. Is this a 4x4 Pathpuppy?
And you're tryng to remove the rotor? You have to remove the entire hub
assy to do that. Pry the grease cap off, remove the retainer and then
the nut (a spanner or a #2 phillips in a pinch). Once the hub is off you
unbolt the rotor from the back. Be sure to repack the wheel bearing and
the axle bearing on reassembly.

Thanks Jim. That did the trick. I was hoping I wouldn't have to mess
with the bearing.

you are trying to separate the hub assembly from the brake rotor.

You really don't want to do this unless you are installing new rotors.

If you are installing new rotors you will need to remove the dust cap from
the center of the hub and remove the outer wheel bearing to slide the whole
thing off.
