    <description>Went to start my car and the key cylinder turned rather easy and would not start  The small amount of pressure that is normally there when depressing the key cylinder down is gone  The car will not start and the key will not go into lock position  I pulled the key cylinder out  ALL wires intact  and tried to start it with a pair of pliers and still nothing   The battery and starter test fine  T   </description>
