rattling noise from front of pajero

hi i wonder if anyone could help me i have a mitsubishi 2.5 turbo
diesel 1993 long base pajero recently i noticed a slight rattling
noise every now and then . i am sure that its coming from the front at
first i thought it could be one of the fog lights as one of them was
loose so i tightened them both up but i can still hear the noise at
between 20 to 40 mph but when driving on motorways cant hear no noise
at all apart from this the pajero performs lovely if anyone can help
me solve this problem it would be much appreciated. from smites.
