Both will be excellent if a good brand and correct rating.

If you are really pushing the vehicle hard then fully might be better, or
earlier oil change on semi.

In my Croma 2005 I tow a caravan. Have elected to use Castrol Turbo Edge
Diesel. 5W-40.
