My 94 Astro v-6 "Z"engine van misfires on mild accelleration. All ignition components, tbs, map sensor replaced. Disconnecting the 6 lead pigtail to the EGR valve solved the problem. Which wire do i cut to get i get the "service soon" light to go out? Who needs this thing anyhow??

you may just have a peace of somethink stuck in the egr valve remove it and look in the plunger it may just be stuck open if so just clean it out

91 astro anti lock - previous owner had mechanic replace brain box and fault lite still indicated not working. this mechanic was shade tree. been told brakes have to be bled and only dealer can perform bleeding on anti lock system. this not 4wd. has v6 with autotran. any way...

1995 Astro - PCM Fuses Blown - Good day, I have a 1995 Astro which quit for no apparent reason. I found the PCM fuse blown, replaced it and it starts and runs good. Idles for a few minutes, fuse pops again and thats the end of it... Looking at the diagram it could be a few things.....
