It's not an issue of courtesy. Some people's readers are set up that
way. Could they change it? I don't know, but probably. But it may
be beyond their knowledge.

Hawaii, the Caribbean coast of Quintana Roo; pretty much the same to me
for lazing on white sand under coconut palms, only lots closer. I do
know it. I'd still rather be driving fast.
