When I back up the front tires look they want to lay down. Does anyone

Common on independent front suspension. My old Bronco looked like a pigeon
toed cowgirl after backing it into a parking space that required lots of
turning the steering wheel.

No need to worry.

It is NOT a indepensant front end though, it is a primative knock off called the TTB (Twin Traction Beam which is basically a D44 with a pivot hinge in the middle of it) and wildy changing camber angles and funny tire wear is its trade mark due to design limitations. ANY time the suspension deflect/ moves up or down the chamber "angle" or wheel will change a lot. It is not at all like a true IFS that GM uses and even ford finally give that design up quietly recently too. The only "cure" there is for that problem is to trash the front end and replace it with a solid front axle or live with it.
