I have a 1999 olds aurora Ive replaced the radiator and thermostat and the
temp still running around 240+ depending how fast you go the faster you go
the hotter it gets any Ideals

Check the temperature gauge and sending unit.

Had a similar problem years ago- the electric fan in front of the
radiator would not run.
