i have this grinding noise coming from the front of my car when it's
moving. this didn't start until after the flood from the rain.i've had
the brakes check.

Could be the run out on your rotors (warped) the dont check runout when
they do a brake inspection...Easy way to eliminate this .Does your
peddle pulsate when you apply the brake?
My guess id its your hub bearings...Also might be your a CV shaft but I
bet its a hub....
