My daughter has a 2003 mitsubishi eclipse, it is not starting, turning
over or anything like that. It was recently in an accident, the front
end was smashed. The way it sounds when attempting to start it is
like the starter, but the shop says no it is the fuel pump. Does this
sound plausible
