i went mudding and hit deep rutts and now wenever i go over or around 40mph the steering wheel shakes badly nothing was bent and its hard to steer its a really violent shake on the steering wheel

Trouble with Steering - I changed the inner tie rod bushings on my 1996 Dodge Intrepid and every since then I am not able to turn all the way to the right. It also has caused one of my lines on my Rack to start leaking. Does anyone have any idea why this might be happening?

steering wheel extension? - I just bought a new Yaris but I feel like I have to reach for the stearing wheel. Is it possible for me to buy a new wheel or even have the current one extended out a bit so I dont feel like I have to reach for it?
