Post subject: Wobble at low speed-Motor Mounts?

85 300sd wobbles at low speed, especially when accelerating. Have looked at right side motor mount and it is worn down and slightly cracked. Would this be a possible cause? Any other ideas? Since I do need to replace the mount, does anyone have a good "shadetree" way to do it?
