I seem to be getting a voltage drop to my lights when
my high beams are on. I'm ok with low beams but I'd
like to find out why my highs are not up to spec. I've
noticed that the high beams just are not as bright as they
used to be and are barely better than when on low.

Is there a known voltage drop issue with the switchs
on high? What are my options including adding the relay
wiring modification I recall reading about? Any thoughts
from the group?

More than likely a grounding problem. Loose or corroded wiring can prevent a
lot of the current going to ground.

Find the ground (black maybe?) wiring that goes to those lights and get a
means to jump that wire to part of the chasis to see what happens.

If they get brighter when you jump the grounding wire then you know it is a
grounding problem.

From there I would say start near the lamps themselves then going back
torward the switch until they no longer get bright.
