Does anyone know the following info:

1. The distance between the mounting bolts, both top and bottom.

2. The distance above the ground of the mounting bolts. both top and
bottom.

3. The distance between the mounting plane on the IFS and the
centerline of the wheels.

Assuming you're talking VW...
According to my tape:
o 291mm o
72mm
o o
Distance to the ground depends on the size of tire & weight of the car (&
if you're lowering it via adjustable torsions). The frountend I measured
was off the car & the center of the hubs were about even with the lower
mounting bolts - so; radius of your tire minus around 3" would be my guess
from ground to the lower bolts.
Difficult to measure the distance back to the center of the hubs. The
"mounting flange" is actually in front of the tubes, which go into indents
in the frame/flange.
If you're building a tube frame car, you're better off clamping the tubes
(via railbuggy) or welding to them much wider than the original mounting
points.
