I have a 01 malibu a little over 100K and the other day its strats
surging when u press on the gas it gets worst and lacks power i noticed it losin power on hills its fallin on its face any help please
these are things i have checked and replaced
EGR $118> only cause it had a code a CIL on >P1404 code
Fuel filter>$8
Spark Plugs AC Delcos>$15 Gapped 50
Fuel pressure tester>$36 Fuel PSI 49 idle 52/55 key on
Stestscope>$10>checkin injectors for sticking
Oxy Tool $15>removed oxy thinking the cat converter was bad
Haynes book $10<dont laugh LOL it has the codes
used a new coil pack thinking maybe it isnt getting enuff spark no help
Clean MAF wires look clean
Checked TPS looked worn and would blink when moving it usin a OHm reader so i replaced it
Anything im forgetting here that i should look at ?
