My 95 suburban acts like it is choking, not wanting gas at the slightest
movement of the peddle. Seems to want to die but finally takes off and
runs normal. It has new plugs, cap rotor, wires and O2 sensor.

Thanks, but turned out I guess the fuel regulator in the TBI might have
had water contamination, and I changed the filters on the fuel injectors.
Runs fine, like brand new now.

Did you consider speach therapy? <g>

If you think it was water, did you try some dry-gas in it? If not it
is likely the problem will come back.

Turns out it wasn't anything to do with the TBI, after all the work on the
TBI, I left the EGR solenoid unplugged at the TBI, when I plugged it back
in the original problem came back. Problem solved, I just run with it
unplugged till I can afford one, runs great! But I realize I cant run
like this for ever.
