......Why did the news media in the states refer to it as Obama's first
visit to a foreign country, but never refer to a vehicle manufactured
in Canada bearing a US company name plate as being manufactured in a
foreign country??

.....are you sure about that? Ever hear of General Motors of Canada,
Ltd., Chrysler Canada Inc., or Ford Motor Company of Canada, Ltd.?

Of course I've heard of them. But if you saw a "Made in Canada" as the
country of origin,
the dealer doesn't say it was made in a foreign country. They'd say it
was made in Canada.

BTW, the media is now referring to Obama's trip to Canada as his first
"overseas" trip as President.

Obama's trip this week WAS his first trip to a foreign country as
president.
Vehicles manufactured in Canada DON'T bear a US company "name
plate"....whatever that is.
BTW, since when ARE the media the paragons of correct speak...or is
that your point?

A chap I know in a Toronto company once told me that there's USA + Southern
Ontario... and then there's Canada...

As a foreign (European)-born guy he could take a dispassionate view...

Anti-Theft Alarm Problem 99 Intrepid - I have a factory-installed anti-theft alarm built into my 99 Intrepid. Lately, after arming the alarm with my key fob, the red light on top of the dashboard remains on solidly for a period of time, and then begins to flash. Normally, the red light..

!996 Dodge Intrepid makes a rattling noise under the dash - I think the speakers may be loose, but I do not know for sure. I am going to take the dash off, but do not know how to do this. If anyone can respond to what you think is wrong and how I can either fix it or remove the dash board it would be greatly..
