You are correct, Honda does not let mere mortals have easy access to the
TSBs (neither does BMW). Alldata has the TSBs available, but only for
automotive professionals. You can buy a paper copy from Helm at
<a rel="nofollow" style='text-decoration: none;' href="http://www.helminc.com," target="_blank">http://www.helminc.com,</a> part number A99085. Listed at $6 + shipping &
handling.
Helm also sells TSB collections, but they are not particularly useful;
If you order the 1999 - 2001 collection, you get all the TSBs published
in 1999-2001, not all current TSBs related to 1999-2001 model years.
