I have a 2004 Classic and it makes a roaring noise sometimes too, especially
when i turn a sharp corner hard. I have 37,288 miles. I had my car checked a
month ago and nothing was wrong though. Car just makes noises. My brakes
squeek every time i stop and that's normal for this car too.

I have a similar problem with my 2003 malibu
it increased so much after I had it washed with oil below the chasis,
a gentle touch to the brake starts an intermittent sound which disappears with increased pressing on the brake.
also a roaring sound is there..

Roaring sound decresed after I have turned the front wheels to the back and those on the back to the front .
but another sound started to appear at a speed of 80 km
I dont what's the source of the sound.
Have found the answer ??

Noise in Tires also! - I can't belive this. I have a 2003 Malibu with 18,000 miles on it. I need a new intake Gasket with arms (or something like that). Thats okay cause these are covered under warranty, but I also need new brake pads. I've been hearing tinging noises also....

Noise in brakes - First of all thank you all for your information on the possessed car. One thing I forgot to mention is that there is also a noise in brakes, at least I think it's the brakes, it happens mostly when you slow down. It's kind of a squealing noise. We..

noise coming from tires - Has anyone come across a noise that sounds like you're riding on a bumpy road? When I'm driving, that's the sound it makes, unless I turn the wheel to the right, then the noise goes away, until I'm straight again. A friend suggested wheel bearings. Is...

Noise On Driver''s Side - I have a grindding, popping noise under the driver''s side, coming from the front. I have it at the shop, the mechanic could not find anyhing wrong. Any suggestions?
