Post subject: Replacing most rear tail-pipe hanger on 98' B4000

The rubber donut appears sandwhiched between a pressed metal bracket
held
to the under frame via a nut. Is the hanger sold as one piece (rubber
and metal bracket combined) ? I can't see where I would separate the
bracket.
