my OBDII is report error code P1397, which according to my research is a
Camshaft Position Sensor B (exhaust) fault. Are there any online instructions
on how to change this? The only one I found was for the E62 engine, not the
E52. Also, opinions gladly welcomed:

-Should I change both sensors (intake and exhaust) since I'll have everything
apart?

- Any idea what the dealer is charging to replace the sensor?

Here's one in French (really you just need the pics):

One for the Vanos filter:

I recommend looking at the Technique section. Even if you don't know French,
the documentation really is good.
