I am driving a 4 cylinder 1994 Camry LE.
I want to know what is the normal Engine RPM under following situations-
1. When idling/park
2. When starting from Parking Condition on straingt road & on hill Road.
3. At high speed of 70-80miles/hr & with varying road coditions like
moving from straight road to hill.

Also I am observing that the Engine Temprature indicator goes to 1/3 of
the total range after driving some 2-3 miles but after that it stays thr
only even if I drove another 80-100 miles. Whether the engine temp remains
constant after reaching some point or whether thr is any fault in my temp
indicator.

Differs with automatic or manual transmission...
These numbers are only approximate.

800rpm or so.

Depends on how far you push the gas pedal. 800-6000

Constant cruise at 70mph you may see about 2500rpm

Sounds Ok if not a little on the low side, My Camrys have held
steady closer to the middle of the guage.
The thermostat is there to maintain a constant temp once warmed up.<!-- ~MESSAGE_AFTER~ -->
