A Q45 has the potential for expensive maintenance. Routine maintenance is
not the problem. That should be pretty much the same as most Nissan cars of
the era. It's replacing items that may fail from age or mileage. That not to
say this is an unreliable car, just that if something breaks, it could prove
very expensive to fix. And no, while I may choose to have all service done
by the Infiniti dealer, you do not. The Q45 is just a Nissan with a V-8. It
can be serviced well by most competent auto service centers.
