is the ECU holding any codes ?
Its what I would be checking - and if its referring to a faulty crank angle
sensor signal, and after changing it twice, id be looking at checking the
electrical connection to the sensor - since clearly it starts working when
it cools down...

| Problem with my EF Falcon?
| Hi all
| I have a 95 model ford falcon EF.
| I have replaced the crank angle sensor twice and still every time the
| car gets hot it will not start. The only way to get it to start when
| it is hot is to pour cold water on and around the crank angle sensor.
| On Saturday it starting affecting the transmission. When the car gets
| hot now I lose all gears including reverse. Then if I pour water over
| the crank angle sensor it works again until the motor gets hot again.
| Please help.
