Post subject: Open CCD Bus

My 1991 Chrysler New Yorker(3.3 liter)speedo quit. Replaced the tran distance sensor and cluster. Still no luck. Using a DRB II scanner pulled no trouble codes but indicated an open Bus(-)---Bus(+). I'm guessing that's causing the speedo(mechanical cluster)malfunction. How can I zero in on finding an open in the CCD circuit. Thanks for any suggestions!
