Post subject: Lancer Not Running Well

Help my 93 lancer cc coupe aka eagle summit 4g15 carby


the car bunny hopped in every gear
so i went to the wreckers and got another carby as i was told tht my carby was stuffed then once i installed this carby it ran but if i revved the car a tiny bit it would rev but when it would finish the revs would drop far to low and stall the engine i am desprite in need of help i have already lost my job cause of this issue. also it now doesn't start no matter wht i try it clicks over but the engine doesn't kick in wht could cause this.
