Clock light is unpredictably intermittent. At times comes on bright then dims as soon as inigition takes place. Or less likely it stays on for several miles of operation. Did notice that when parking brake pedal is pused down before starting engine, clock light is bright but automatic heqdlights do not come on. Also on instrument panel the BRAKE and the I and the P lights stay on. At time s when driving the clock light brightens then dims. HELP! airforceone

"The panel dimmer switch controls the radio illumination. When the headlamp
switch is in the PARK or the HEAD position, voltage is applied through the
panel dimmer switch and CKT 8 to the following components:
a.. The radio panel lamps
b.. The internal circuitry
When the headlamp switch is in the PARK or the HEAD position, voltage is
applied through CKT 9 to the radio. This condition signals the internal
circuitry to adjust the brightness of the vacuum fluorescent display to a
level determined by the voltage of CKT 8."
