Key problem

Of the two keys I have with my 9-5 SE (2000, v6) one has a slightly bent
shaft. Sometimes it would stick in the Lock position. I went to the SAAB
dealership to have a new one made. The key arrived but it didn't work, in
fact it didn't even match my good key. So another was made , after the VIN
number etc was checked again ...and that too didn't work. The dealership
says that the previous owner must have changed the locks using an
independent locksmith. The only way two get the two keys I had made to work
is to change the ignition..which of course doesn't solve the door lock
problem. Kind of a mess.
