Post subject: Intermediate Steering shaft

Does anyone have instructions on lubing the intermediate steering shaft on
GM trucks 99-06? I recall reading that there is a lubing kit available..does
anyone have th epart number for the kit?

The lube kit has been replaced by a redesigned shaft.

Either that, or contact Borgeson for a new shaft.
They may have a high grade one for your model, with needle bearings.

I had heard that the borgeson had the same problem and people were returning
them. I haven't had any issues with the new shaft yet after having the
original lubed twice.
