I have seen the posts about the speculation that GM is looking at purchasing
Chrysler.

What assets does Chrysler have that would interest GM ? Other than Jeep,
they are cover the same product categories.

Jeep is the automotive Ring of the Nibelung. The Ring supposedly conferred
great powers on it's owner, but it's owner always ended up dying a
horrible death. Jeep has been owned by Willy's, Kaiser, AMC, Chrysler, and
now Daimler, do you start to see a pattern here?

It's 1978 all over again for Chrysler - Lee Iacocca was alarmed by the massive amount of unsold cars sitting and decaying on the Michigan State Fairgrounds near Detroit back in late '78 when he took over as chair of Chrysler Corporation. This was the notorious "sales bank," the repo...

GM may buy Chrysler - If they have the cash. Not surprising considering where Chrysler big shots went after the merger.

Looking for Chrysler TSB #19-34-98 - Can someone that has access to Chrysler technical service bulletins please post #19-34-98? I believe it is dated 11/27/1998. I found this while searching Yahoo Groups. It may contain the solution to a long running problem. Thanks.
