I have a 2007 CTD 2500 and on the 7-way trailer plug the top right
"battery" prong has no power. Does this have a seperate fuse and if
so where is it?
All the trailer light and brakes work but it will not re-charge the
break away safety switch.

Has it ever worked? IIRC, there is an (optional) fusible link, the
link may be there but not connected.
