I had four Ford products and nothing but trouble from each. I had a
1966 Custom sedan, a 1970 Ranch Wagon, a 1977 Granada and a 1986
Mustang.
The Mustang lasted longer than any of the others, but then was not
functional. The '66 and '70 ran for a couple of years and then were a
constant source of headaches.
The '77 Granada was a disaster and no matter how many times it was in
the shop it never ran right.
I had a 1984 Honda and my wife had a 1983 plus a 1996 Honda/ The 1983
ran great until my ex son-in-law totalled it. Our daughter is still
driving the 1996 Honda every day without problems.
I also had a 1991 GMC Sonoma which gave reliable service for over ten
years. I know several people who have owned very reliable Hondas, plus
several who swear they would never own anothe Ford.
