2000 Catera Sport;
Does anyone know what the procedure is to remove trim panel etc. to enable access to replace bulbs behind Heater/Defrost/AC buttons. I have a few that aren't lit, and can't find any answers in the 'other' forum. Anyone here know?

The procedure is too difficult for those nor familiar with the vehicle.
You will cause expensive damage. Take the vehicle to a Cadillac
dealer that was certified as a Catera dealership in 1997, and have the
work done by a professional. The replacement (the contol head is not
servicable) head may have to be programmed for the rear defrost and/or
other features to operate properly.
