For 1995 Cutless Cierra sedan/ 3100 engine: The location of fuel pump fuse and relay/test wire is not known by me of the local GM dealer. Other GM cars I own have the dedicated fuel pump fuse box with relay and test conncection under the hood by the battery. The dealer says according to manual it is behind the glove box.
