I have a 99 TL. All 4 brake lights are not working. The center window
brake light works. The running / parking lights work. Checked the
fuses, OK. Replaced all 4 lights. Any suggestion, what is the problem.

Check the break light switch. I don't know where it is, but it sounds
like it is either out of adjustment, loose, or broken.

I would also suspect that it is the brake switch that's causing the problem. It can be located above your brake pedal. Other http://www.partstrain.com/ShopByVehicle/ACURA (Acura parts) to check would be your socket and sensor. Make sure that the amperage on the socket is not weak. An erratic sensor on the tranny may also be a culprit.
