I'll say "sort of."

If you unscrew the jump post on the right side of the engine bay you can
disconnect the feed to the fuse panel and all cabin electrics. The lead
from the starter, which is connected to the battery, is the fatter wire
going in there.

I've done this when not feeling like digging out the battery from under
the sub-woofer.
