There has been a pirated BA training manual around that gets mentioned on various internet forums from time to time and some people have tried to sell CD versions on ebay etc but Ford are understandably and appropriately quick to ensure that copyright breaching documents are removed from such sites and are not sold. I have it but its about 150mb. Try "Emule" i think thats where i got it from.
