Post subject: Hyundai Accent - Liquid gasket?

I have an oil leak on my Hyundai Accent (1998, 1.5 MVI). It's due to my oil sump rusting Sad Ive finally got round to buying a new oil sump, but the sump gasket did not come with it. I phoned Hyundai and they said a liquid gasket is needed. I'm just wondering if any1 knows whether i can use any type of liquid gasket? Or whether i need a specific liquid gasket for my type of car? Because Hyundai have quoted me £33 for a liquid gasket, i'm wondering if i can just get any type of liquid gasket a bit cheaper.
Hope that makes sense!
Thanks for anyones help x
