Semi-normal. EVAP tests run even after shutdown.

No. They are totally unrelated.

Where do you live? If anywhere that has snow in winter, you probably have
corrosion on certain parts of the EVAP system, specifically the electrical
control-solenoids.
Honda, for some bizarre reson, installed the highly-complex and extremely-
sensitive EVAP system under the car, at the rear, just where moisture and
salt buildup are the worst.

If you feel like taking a shot in the dark, you can replace the gas cap
with a new Honda one (NOT aftermarket!). This usually does not fix a P1456,
but people seem to want to try that first.
