It could be one or more more of too many things to list.
The injector cleaning probably has nothing to do with it.
Where is the car now? Did you leave it at the side of the road?
Buy yourself an OBDII reader to check these things out now, or in the
future. The reader can cost less than an hours worth of auto repair
service labor.
