Is there a place to attach a tether anchor for a baby seat for over 20 lbs.

Hi...

Can't speak for Buick's, but if GM and Chrysler developed sort of
simultaneously the 94 Chrysler lhs came with the necessary holes
punched in the steel below the rear shelf, but the actual hardware
had to be ordered from your dealer.

Perhaps check with your favorite GM dealer?

Get a kit from the dealer. There should be three locations in the
trunk....usually under the rear sill behind the rear passenger seat. You
can pick center, left, or right....poke something sharp through whichever
hole you want in the trunk and then install your anchor.
