The car shuts down after running for about 20 minutes. After it cools off it will restart. What could the problem be? I have replaced the coils and the module.

What does your temp gauge read when it shuts down?
Could be as easy as a ECT sensor..

A little more detail please. How does it "shut down"? Does it sputter or
backfire? While the car is in motion or even in Park? Maybe just as you
shift fron Neutral to Drive?

Im sorta have the same problem..After the car has been drivin for long periods of time and warmed up good and when your coming to a stop or slowing down it shuts off. Then i can restart it again and once you put it in drive it shuts off again.Works fine in park but once you put it in gear it shuts off. Have to let it cool for a few minutes.I really believe its the converter lockin up.The TCC Solenoid is bad, which on the 3.3 litter its inside the trasmission. The trasmission guy said 90% of the time its the solenoid and can be replaced. He also said it could be a bad converter too but most of the time its the solenoid. Its about 125 bucks to have it fixed here where im at..You need to ask your local trasmission guy bout it to get a second opion..Hope that whats wrong with yours..Lemme know if ya get it fixed
