does anyone know if there is an easy way to replace it without removing
the ENTIRE master cylinder assembly?

What's broken, the ABS or the m/c? The m/c is pretty easy.<!-- ~MESSAGE_AFTER~ -->

M/c is OK. Once in a while there is a continuous (until key is off) or
intermittant screeching noise coming from the ABS/Mc area.<!-- ~MESSAGE_AFTER~ -->

Boost pressure problem - 1996 9000 Aero I still have an intermittent over-boost problem. The hoses seem ok and the waste gate can be operated by hand, so it looks like the boost pressure control valve. I shall take it off and have a look at it; can one wash it out like a AIC..
